Eligibility and Account Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use ReviewThisPhoto. By using our service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use

ReviewThisPhoto is designed for users to submit photos for constructive feedback from our community. You may upload photos, provide reviews, and engage with other users' content within our guidelines.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or submit:

Offensive, harassing, or abusive content toward any individual or group
Obscene, sexually explicit, or inappropriate material
Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence
Images of individuals under 13 years of age
Content that encourages illegal activities or violates any laws
Defamatory, libelous, or intentionally harmful content
Commercial advertisements, spam, or promotional material unrelated to photo feedback
Malicious code, viruses, or content designed to disrupt our service
Copyright-infringing material or content you do not own or have permission to use
Watermarked or any watermarkings will not be acceptable
Photo Submission Guidelines
Photos must contain clearly visible subjects for meaningful review
Submit only photos you own or have explicit permission to share
Keep content appropriate for a general audience
No personal contact information, URLs, or promotional messages in photos or captions
One photo per submission - no collages or multiple-image posts
Use the service for genuine feedback purposes only

ReviewThisPhoto LLC reserves the right to determine whether content meets these guidelines and may remove any content that violates our standards.

Content Ownership and Licensing

By submitting content to our service, you represent and warrant that:

You are the original creator or have full rights to the content
You have the authority to transfer ownership to ReviewThisPhoto LLC
The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
Our Rights to Your Content

Upon upload, you grant ReviewThisPhoto LLC:

Full ownership of all submitted photos
The right to use, modify, distribute, and display your content
The right to use your content for service improvement, research, and development
The right to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes
Secure Storage
All uploaded photos are stored securely in protected cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all security threats.
Account Management
Single Account Policy
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts or accounts for others is prohibited. If your account is terminated, you may not create a new account without our explicit permission.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Accurate Information

Service Availability

Account Termination
Termination by ReviewThisPhoto LLC
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. We are not obligated to explain the reasons for termination.
Termination by You
You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, we may retain your account information for up to 30 days for potential reactivation. After this period, we reserve the right to delete your submitted content, though we retain ownership of all previously uploaded photos.
